Project Broad St

What happens when a client lives at the intersection of contemporary and farmhouse, with a note of urban edge and a hint of upscale bohemia? The answer is Project Broad Street. This Philadelphia townhouse arrived with the kind of charm you cannot manufacture. Intricate wall molding and custom louvre window shutters spoke quietly of its history, and our task was never to erase that. It was to let those original details coexist with something more current, giving the home an updated, sophisticated feel without severing its ties to the past.

We worked in deliberate contrast. Oversized statement art brings scale and confidence, calming green accents settle the palette, and layers of luxurious lighting lift the whole room. Together they honor the home's roots while raising the level of the design considerably. The result is a living space that offers seating in abundance and rewards a second look at every turn, comfortable, composed, and quietly captivating.
